1. Raffle Period:

   • The raffle period runs from October 4, 2024, to January 31, 2025.

   • The deadline for submission of entries is until 5:00 PM on January 31, 2025.

2. Who can join the Promo:

   • This promo is open to all MyKartero's weekly and monthly paid subscribers who ship internationally.

   • This promo is not open to the Board of Directors, management, and employees including their immediate family members up to a second degree of consanguinity or affinity, of MyKartero and their affiliates, or any of the suppliers, agencies, and companies associated with this promotion.

3. How to join the Raffle Promo:

Step 1: Be a paid subscriber of the MyKartero shipping platform, either weekly or monthly.

Step 2: Ship internationally using the MyKartero shipping platform and get one e-raffle entry. One (1) international shipping tracking number is equivalent to one (1) unique raffle number.  Each tracking number will be validated separately to ensure fairness in the raffle process.

Step 3: Fill up the registration form using this link: https://bit.ly/MyKarteroRafflePromo. Participants must enter his/her name, birthdate, age,  email address, mobile number, home address, business/company name, position/designation, participant category, shipment destination country, shipment transaction number, and MyKartero account number, as well as an attached valid ID.

Step 4: An email confirmation will be sent to the participant upon submission and verification.

4. Raffle Draw:

• The Grand Raffle Draw will be on February 14, 2025, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

• A DTI representative will supervise the raffle draw.

• Winners will be selected randomly by a local server electronic draw operated by MyKartero.

• Winners are to be announced through MyKartero's official Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/mykartero/.

• Participants in the raffle promo are eligible to win only once. In the event that a participant's name is drawn multiple times, only the higher prize will be automatically awarded.

6. How to claim a prize and verification:

   • Winners will be notified via REGISTERED MAIL, SMS, AND EMAIL based on their registered contact details.

   • The winner may claim the prize within 60 days of redemption upon receipt of the registered notice. All unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited in favor of MyKartero with prior DTI approval.

   • Winners must present one (1) valid government ID and the winning E-raffle ticket entry to the MyKartero Office at  3/F Hallare Bldg., 10 East Capitol Drive, Bo. Kapitolyo, Pasig City, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Mondays through Fridays—except on holidays.

   • Raffle item prizes are transferable but cannot be exchanged for nor redeemed as cash or other items.

   • Prizes are transferable provided that the winner must provide a written endorsement letter together with a photocopy of their passport or a valid ID with a specimen signature submitted to MyKartero.

   • The nominated recipient must be able to satisfy the requirements for the claiming of the prize.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. By participating in this raffle, participants agree that they have read the full mechanics of this promotion and agree to abide by the official rules and regulations set by MyKartero.

2. 20% tax for prizes exceeding PHP 10,000.00 and other expenses will be shouldered by the winner.

3. The organizer is not liable for loss and handling damage caused by the delivery of the prize.

4. For all provincial winners, shipping fees of prizes should be covered by the winners.

5. Winners may be required to sign such further documents as may be considered necessary by the organizer.

6. The organizers have the right to disqualify participants who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the contest or try to unfairly influence the promotion or other participants in any way.

7. By participating in this MyKartero promo, all winner(s) and participants grant MyKartero permission to use and disclose personal information and photographs in connection with this promotion for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, MyKartero website, or official MyKartero social media pages, unless prohibited by law.
